What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage pre-service functions such as scheduling, pre-registration, estimates and collections, authorization verification, and notice of admission
- Ensure a positive patient experience by streamlining processes and improving efficiency in revenue cycle and healthcare operations
- Collaborate with caregivers and stakeholders to develop and implement best practices for patient care and service
- Oversee pre-service teams and provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure high-quality performance
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pre-service, revenue cycle, or healthcare operations/admin leadership role
- Bachelor's Degree in General or equivalent education/experience
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field or equivalent education/experience
- Strong knowledge and understanding of revenue cycle processes and healthcare operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 7 years of experience in pre-service, revenue cycle, or healthcare operations/admin leadership role
- Previous experience in managing call center operations
- Experience in a remote work environment
