- Monitors and evaluates maintenance provider performance by analyzing data and evaluating key business metrics (for example: time to respond, days to complete, first-time fix, time to invoice) in order to assess current performance baselines; identifying key performance gaps, opportunities, and needed improvements, consulting with cross-functional teams (for example: field maintenance management and Home Office trade teams) to gain alignment on improvement needs; editing existing processes and developing improvement solutions; delivering processes that are simple, executable, and sustainable.
- Manages multiple work trades and service providers by tracking schedules, costs and timelines, monitoring key performance indicators (for example: average service, materials, shipping costs) for projects and delivering presentations, status reports and other project documentation to team leadership, internal partners and external service providers at regular intervals.
- Provides and supports our stores’ maintenance needs by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.
- Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.

Manager, Process Improvement - Vendor Management
This position will manage the performance of facility maintenance vendors who support Walmart stores. This role will be responsible for analytical review and evaluation of vendor effectiveness and the coordination of regular performance discussions to achieve demonstrable service level improvements.
Candidates should have a strong sense of customer service, good analytical skills, financial knowledge and professional judgement, strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work independently and in groups, navigate business negotiations and deliver presentations to internal and external partners. Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint is required.
