Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity

Moneris is looking for a Manager, Product Analysis to lead a team of Product Analysts responsible for enabling data-driven decisions that support our product vision and execution. You will lead and inspire a team focused on enhancing our competitive position in the rapidly changing payments industry by shaping Moneris products to meet our customer's needs.

Contract Term: 12 months.

Location: You will be based in our Toronto office and will work in a Hybrid model.

Reporting Relationship: You will report to Director, Product Operational Support

Your Moneris Career - What you'll do

• Lead a team of Product Analysts responsible for bridging Product vision and design with a clear outline of the product details, behaviours and case scenarios

• Develop the team, ensure they have the right tools and remove any roadblocks.

• Build plans and adapt priorities to address resource or technical challenges – balances short-and medium term priorities to achieve results

• Support the team in managing partners to support product execution, competitive intelligence, and feedback from internal partners and merchants.

Your Moneris Career - What you bring

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management.

• Minimum 2 years experience leading product teams.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, best practices and tools.

• Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and change management

• Experience managing relationships across the business with a knack for constructively confronting issues and people to ensure product deliverables are met.

• Proficiency in payment systems and the merchant acquiring business.

• Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent work experience.
