Lead a team of Product Analysts responsible for bridging Product vision and design with a clear outline of the product details, behaviours and case scenarios
Develop the team, ensure they have the right tools and remove any roadblocks.
Build plans and adapt priorities to address resource or technical challenges – balances short-and medium term priorities to achieve results
Support the team in managing partners to support product execution, competitive intelligence, and feedback from internal partners and merchants.
Minimum 5 years of experience in product management.
Minimum 2 years experience leading product teams.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies, best practices and tools.
Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and change management
Experience managing relationships across the business with a knack for constructively confronting issues and people to ensure product deliverables are met.
Proficiency in payment systems and the merchant acquiring business.
Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent work experience.

Moneris is looking for a Manager, Product Analysis to lead a team of Product Analysts responsible for enabling data-driven decisions that support our product vision and execution. You will lead and inspire a team focused on enhancing our competitive position in the rapidly changing payments industry by shaping Moneris products to meet our customer's needs.
Contract Term: 12 months.
Location: You will be based in our Toronto office and will work in a Hybrid model.
Reporting Relationship: You will report to Director, Product Operational Support
