Become an expert on internal tooling, data infrastructure, and customer-facing experiences managing Shopping Rewards.
Identify, prioritize, and launch innovative, merchant focused products that drive revenue and customer value
Advance Capital One Shopping’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products recognized as best in the industry
Build out strategic roadmap to increase the value of our Rewards to customers and our merchant partners
Increase the operational efficiency of our Rewards systems
Own day to day setting and monitoring of KPIs - requires strong SQL/data analysis skills
Own day to day operations of product, including identifying bugs or leverage opportunities via comprehensive understanding of data
You love to ship product and projects that drive impact and business value
You enjoy teaching yourself new skills and driving whatever aspect of a project is needed to succeed
You’re not afraid to pull your own data, build your own business models, and do your own mockups
You take personal responsibility for the productivity and results of any team you are a part of
You are passionate about improving how product development teams all work together
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 3 years of product management experience or at least 3 years of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
MBA or Master’s degree
2+ years of experience in Agile product management
