And we do it all with heart, each and every day.

How will this role have an impact?

We are growing our team and looking for a Manager to help shape and deliver the next generation of service offerings.

As a Manager, Diagnostic and Preventative Services, you will lead the execution of key initiatives within the Diagnostic and Preventative Services portfolio at Signify Health. You will work cross-functionally to drive product strategy, translate vision into requirements, and execute on the launch of new product features that will have a measurable impact on patient outcomes and our organization’s goals.

This role will report to our Lead Director, Product Management on the Diagnostic and Preventive Services Product team.

      • Prioritize product requirements & capabilities to ensure incremental delivery of high value functionality to drive business results and user / customer satisfaction

      • Coordinate dependencies, communicate timelines, and manage stakeholder expectations

      • Develop and implement data-driven recommendations and optimizations to enhance product performance, aligning with business objectives, that improve the overall value of the product.

      • Identify areas for cost savings and revenue optimization, and incorporate them into product strategy and execution plans.

      • Understand high-level strategic levers and drivers of the business. Develop and measure KPIs for the product to define, track and communicate value delivery.

      • Design and manage pilot programs, assess results, and make informed recommendations on scaling or iteration.

      Who are you?

      • Able to communicate complex concepts, both written and verbally, to influence peers and stakeholders to make decisions or adjust the approach when needed

      • Acute focus on the user and ability to express the user’s needs, wants and motivations.
