Job Summary Responsible for planning, executing and evaluating projects according to predetermined timelines and budgets. Builds and manages project teams ensuring quality control throughout the project lifecycle. Accomplishes project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities. This position is office optimal, and the ideal applicant must reside within the Northeast Division footprint. Job Description Core Responsibilities Works with various managers and leaders to lay out project implementation guidelines and plan for manpower and/or other resource requirements. Manages projects of major importance to overall business operations by reporting status, tracking delays and making required adjustments. Determines overall staffing requirements relating to corporate projects. Conducts interviews, hires and trains new employees for specific project assignments. Directs project teams in the development and implementation of project plans. Negotiates, administers and monitors contracts. Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Division single point of contact to interface with HQ for compliance activities Consolidates Division compliance inputs (e.g., project plans, designs) for submission Manages timely submission of contracts, reports and compliance deliverables Manages the creation of compliance reports / deliverables Participates in regular status calls with HQ Legal Compliance, HQ Accounting, HQ Finance Tracks the compliance status in partnership with HQ Supports the creation of timelines in partnership with HQ and cross-functional working teams Provide inputs into log of Division compliance issues, risks, and mitigation plans Provide inputs into dependencies log with a list of key decisions and options analysis Support anticipated growth related to BEAD funding and additional state grants Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Education Bachelor's Degree While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience. Relevant Work Experience 5-7 Years Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
