Designing, developing, managing, and executing the learning and development agenda for an organization of more than 1,000 engineers
Working with internal subject matter experts and external vendors to curate learning experiences and content that are tailored to the needs of the organization
Partnering cross-functionally with leaders and teams across Financial Services and Technology Learning & Development to identify new learning opportunities
Innovate on current program delivery and continuously improve learning offerings & experiences by identifying and recommending new solutions
Support data analysis and tracking, including creating and analyzing surveys, effective budget tracking for multiple development programs
Manage new learning projects and initiatives from start to finish, while providing regular progress updates to team leaders and stakeholders
Consult with senior leaders and stakeholders to provides updates on learning program statuses and strategy
Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
At least 6 Years of Project Management experience
At least 2 years of Jira experience
Masters / MBA degree
7+ years of Project Management experience
2+ years of People Management experience
1+ years of Information Technology experience
PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Strong problem solving and influencing skills
Work experience achieving results with complex projects

As the Technology Learning & Development Project Manager in the Financial Services Technology & Data Command Center, you will be part of a team that drives strategic planning, operational and organizational effectiveness of the Financial Services Technology & Data organization. You will be responsible for designing, developing, managing, and executing the learning and development agenda for an organization of more than 1,000 engineers.
