- Lead a team in the development and implementation of standardized processes across multiple departments within the organization.
- Collaborate with departmental managers and subject matter experts to identify existing processes, analyze variations, and develop standardized procedures and work instructions.
- Establish quality standards including document control protocols, process documentation format, and change control methodology.
- Develop process documentation to ensure clarity and consistency in process execution.
- Leverage best practices to create, maintain and control processes and standards.
- Design, implement, and maintain quality control procedures to adherence to standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure quality performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to address quality issues, implement corrective actions, and drive quality improvements.
- Partner with other Quality team members to investigate quality issues and non-conformances to identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 5+ years on an established Quality team
- Quality certification preferred (Lean, Six Sigma, TQM, etc.)
- Project management experience a plus
- Preferred knowledge of SharePoint
- Preferred knowledge of Visio
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Business Administration, Management, or other relevant field is required
- Five (5) years of relevant work experience is acceptable in lieu of formal education.
- Able to travel occasionally, less than 25% of the time.

The Manager, Quality Standards and Control is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of standard processes and controls across the organization. This role is also responsible for supporting quality control practices, operational KPIs and metrics, facilitating the Root Cause Analysis process and supporting the overall process improvement lifecycle.
