Assist the Senior Manager, RCM Change Management with the development, communication, and execution of change management strategies for RCM initiatives and policy/standard update projects, including conducting assessments and developing transition plans to drive awareness, faster adoption, and greater sustained change.
Work in partnership with cross-functional teams to support the building and implementation of change readiness strategies for Compliance RCM.
Participate in workshops and meetings to assist in identifying impact risks and issues and developing plans to mitigate or address concerns for change initiatives.
Assist in the reporting on change and readiness progress, identifying concerns with successful delivery, and developing solutions with key stakeholders.
Provide advisory in relation to RCM Change Programs for Segment and Functions compliance teams.
Provide support to training related to RCM initiatives and policy/standard updates, as required.
2+ years of experience leading/supporting transformational change management
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
Effective facilitation skills
Degree in Business Administration, Finance or equivalent
Working knowledge or experience in financial services

What is your opportunity?
You will be supporting transformational change initiatives that enhance RBC’s RCM Program and raise the bar in driving change. As the Manager, RCM Change Management, you are also responsible for assisting the establishment and execution of change programs for RCM initiatives/projects and for material updates to enterprise-wide Compliance policies and standards. You will provide advisory support to Segment and Functions compliance teams on the change programs.
