What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Champion safety through accountability and communication, ensuring all employees understand its importance
- Ensure outstanding operational performance across assigned cities by collaborating with various departments
- Deliver exceptional customer service through engagement, motivation, coaching, and leadership
- Develop and manage multi-million-dollar budgets while striving to eliminate inefficiencies
- Ensure compliance with all airline and government regulations and foster relationships with relevant authorities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of prior passenger airline experience in a leadership role
- Previous experience as a City Manager
- Fluency in Spanish required for predominantly Spanish-speaking or Latin American locations
- Strong team-building skills and excellent communication abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience managing multiple, concurrent projects and priorities
- Proven ability to effectively manage and justify station budgets
- Demonstrated instructional and facilitation skills
- Knowledge of Federal Aviation Administration and Transportation Security Administration regulations
- Travel flexibility and a desire to serve others
