      Position Summary:

      As a Manager on the Retail Pharmacy Workflow Design team you will serve as a business subject matter expert identifying opportunities to address business challenges and contribute to value by reducing time needed to complete processes and helping to prioritize work.

      In this role, you will need to advocate for store teams by designing system changes to help teams work more efficiently, safely, and in a compliant manner. As a member of this team, you will need to collaborate, impact, and influence a wide range of cross-functional partners, striking a balance between stakeholder needs and the overall colleague experience.

      You will be responsible for building, monitoring and reporting on utilization of proper workflow processes and applying that to explore areas of opportunity to optimize workflow efficiencies. You will assist the greater team with day-to-day data needs as it relates to workflow maintenance, pilot monitoring and project discovery. You will assist with inquiries from senior leadership, field management and store teams. You will also provide readouts to leadership on KPIs created to monitor impact and utilization of applications owned by our team. Additionally, you will be participating in User Acceptance Testing for upcoming Workflow enhancements with Initiative owners and Product teams the ensure your changes function properly.


      Required Qualifications:

      • 5+ years required experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Consulting, IT, Pharmacy Technician, or related field
      • 5+ years’ of retail pharmacy experience
      • 5+ years’ in role interfacing with broader field leadership / corporate partners to influence execution or change
      • 5+ year’s experience leveraging both analytical and creative problem-solving abilities; able to identify solution types that are both evolutionary and highly disruptive
      • 5+ years’ experience driving efficient and effective planning processes by implementing and upholding a strong project management discipline across boundaries
      • 5+ years’ experience leveraging powerful communication skills by communicating effectively and succinctly with a diverse range of constituents, both verbally and on paper, and with all levels of an organization.
      • 5+ years experience influencing without authority
      • Demonstrated track record of high performance
      • Demonstrated growth mindset and willingness to learn and accept feedback
      • Intermediate to Advanced – level skillset using products in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
      • Intermediate to Advanced - Experience performing data analytics leveraging tools such as SQL and Tableau
      • Occasional travel as necessary for field and corporate interfacing
      • Regular and reliable attendance
      • Any additional tasks as directed by supervisor or manager

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • 8+ years’ of retail pharmacy experience
      • 8+ years’ in role interfacing with broader field leadership / corporate partners to influence execution or change
      • 8+ year’s experience leveraging both analytical and creative problem-solving abilities; able to identify solution types that are both evolutionary and highly disruptive
      • 8+ years’ experience driving efficient and effective planning processes by implementing and upholding a strong project management discipline across boundaries
      • 8+ years’ experience leveraging powerful communication skills by communicating effectively and succinctly with a diverse range of constituents, both verbally and on paper, and with all levels of an organization.
      • 8+ years experience influencing without authority
      • Background in product stable-state management

      Education:


      - Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Work Experience Required.
      - Advanced Degree Preferred.

      Pay Range

      The typical pay range for this role is:

      $66,330.00 - $159,120.00

      This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
