- Driving execution and adoption of RGM throughout the US system, including field and franchisee sell-in materials, tool setup, and facilitation
- Lead regular tracking of pricing actions, price realization, and performance of new menu architecture and design
- Regular pricing/promo/margin tracking analysis Ad hoc analyses to understand sales and margin implications of menu and pricing actions
- Business-line support in analyzing, developing, and executing market growth initiatives
- Additional strategic projects related to driving the business transformation
- RGM execution – drive execution and adoption of RGM throughout the US system, including field and franchisee sell-in materials, tool setup, and facilitation
- Price and promo tracking – Lead regular tracking of pricing actions, price realization, and performance of new menu architecture and design
- Sales analysis – Ad hoc analyses to understand implications of pricing/promo actions
- Growth strategy support – supports the company’s growth strategy in cross-functional collaboration, including business-line support for market growth initiatives
- Cross-functional collaboration: Facilitates cross-functional partnerships across the entire organization to drive change and implementation of new RGM capability
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree required and at least 3-5 years related experience at a senior management level or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience within corporate/business strategy, consulting, investment banking, or related fields
- Experience in pricing / revenue management in a restaurant, retail, or related industries
- Ability to foster and build strong relationships across the organization
- Strong communication and presentation skills (i.e. to express complex concepts clearly)
- Ability to manage through dynamic business situations and “learn on the fly”
- Experience leading and supporting successful business transformations with a strong working knowledge of transformation execution tools
- Strong planning skills to execute projects in a timely manner and prioritize for impact
- Ability to manage multiple senior-level and high stakes relationships including key executives, current/prospective investors and franchisees
- Strong people leadership skills
- Display ability to motivate and mentor others
- Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks/projects
- Strong presentation, organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- MBA or related master’s degree a plus
- Restaurant and franchise experience a plus

Reporting to the Vice President of Strategy & Growth, Manager of Revenue Growth Analytics is laser focused on driving margin expansion for Franchise and Company restaurants through pricing and revenue management. The Manager also acts as a strategic partner to drive unit level profitability by communicating pricing and promotion strategy, creating analyses to inform key pricing decisions, and driving the cross-functional effort to shape the company’s menu architecture.
The Manager will play a key role in building a revenue management capability in the organization and delivering this capability to company operations and franchisees. This position will also support strategic projects to drive EBITDA growth and provide targeted support to business lines and functions on an as needed basis.
A few examples of specific initiatives include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for understanding the most critical needs of the business, franchisees, and company operations and quickly supporting deployment of tactics to manage sustainable EBITDA growth.
A strong people leader that collaborates well across the organization and someone that provides regular and ongoing feedback to develop and lead a high performing Strategy organization.
