      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the analytics team to enhance capabilities and drive growth initiatives
      - Support sales leaders and operations teams to ensure a high-functioning sales organization
      - Measure and optimize sales programs through analysis and metrics tracking, maintaining dashboards
      - Identify customer and sales opportunities, collaborating with sales leaders for execution
      - Develop and conduct training for sales teams on analytics tools and strategic changes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science, or a related field strongly preferred
      - Minimum of 6 years of experience in analytics or related work, with 3+ years in sales analytics
      - Expert competency in Excel and SQL; strong understanding of programming logic
      - Proven business acumen and analytical skills, with experience in statistical analysis
      - Strong leadership skills and ability to manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of experience in business-to-business manufacturing, distribution, or retail
      - Expert competency in BI software, including Power BI and Tableau
      - Advanced experience with Salesforce
      - Proven success in planning and project management with cross-functional teams
      - Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade senior-level individuals
