- Lead and mentor a team of Sales Analysts
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to align metrics with strategic goals
- Develop and maintain sales forecasts and analyze performance
- Utilize advanced analytics techniques to identify trends and insights
- Create data visualizations to facilitate decision-making
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in digital/physical sales analytics and forecasting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- People management experience in sales or data analytics
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, plus 5+ years of relevant experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with data/BI tools such as Tableau, Hyperion, and Vanguard
- Bilingual English/Japanese proficiency
