- Formulate actionable solutions to business and sales challenges
- Support multi-departmental projects aimed at sales enablement
- Handle ad-hoc reporting requests to enhance revenue and profit margins
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce sales enablement materials
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and team members
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in sales management, sales operations, marketing, or consulting
- 2+ years of experience leading and managing people and remote teams
- Experience using systems for sales-related analytics, planning, and execution
- BS/BA in a related discipline
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge in sales process improvement and sales training
- Experience working with sales-related analytics systems
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team
