      JOB SUMMARY

      This role will oversee a team of 10 Client Benefit Analysts across the country and be directly responsible for the successful execution of large, high-profile implementations.


      ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Perform management responsibilities to include but are not limited to: involved in hiring and termination decisions, coaching and development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity. Plan, organize, staff, direct and control the day-to-day operations of the department; develop and implement policies and programs as necessary; may have budgetary responsibility and authority.
      • Manage daily operations, formulating procedures/processes, and planning the use of materials and resources.
      • Manage relationships at senior levels with internal and external audiences by creating valued business partnerships, demonstrating business acumen and cultivating an active network.
      • Develop appropriate sales solutions giving consideration to increased competition and the changing political environment. Develop, implement and execute business plans and metrics for retaining and growing membership while enhancing profitability and cross-selling.
      • Support customers during the implementation of sales contracts and throughout the relationship by advocating for escalated services issues in a timely and professional manner; taking responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty.
      • Monitor/Assess performance to make improvements or take corrective action.
      • Identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
      • Other duties as assigned or requested.


      EDUCATION


      Required

      • Bachelor's Degree in Business, health care administration or related field or relevant experience and/or education as determined by company in lieu of bachelor’s degree.

      • 5 years in a Healthcare, Insurance, Sales, or Sales Operations
      • 3 years in a management or leadership role
      • 1 year with Medicare products and associated compliance guidelines

      Pay Range Minimum:

      $78,900.00

      Pay Range Maximum:

      $147,500.00

      Base pay is determined by a variety of factors including a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and expected contributions, as well as internal peer equity, market, and business considerations. The displayed salary range does not reflect any geographic differential Highmark may apply for certain locations based upon comparative markets.
