- Execute Global & Regional training programs designed to enhance the skills and capabilities of the commercial workforce across the LATAM region.
- Collaborate with Global L&D teams to adapt training content and materials to meet the specific needs and cultural nuances of the LATAM market.
Main countries responsibility it will be Brazil, Argentina and Chile.
- Provide coaching and development support to commercial teams, including sales representatives, account managers, and business development professionals.
- Provide support to sales managers FLM & SLM.
- Execute the strategically defined annual training plan
- Identify training needs and gaps within the organization, developing targeted solutions to address skill deficiencies and drive performance improvement.
- Work closely with local and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment of L&D initiatives with business objectives and priorities.
- Serve as a key point of contact for commercial leaders, providing guidance and support on L&D-related matters.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, gathering feedback and insights to continuously improve content and delivery methods.
- Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and other technology platforms to administer, track, and report on training activities and outcomes.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in commercial training and development, incorporating new ideas and approaches into L&D initiatives.
- Product scope: Will be responsible all Vision Care portfolio, mainly to Dry Eye and Pharma.
- Customer scope: Opticians, optometry, ophthalmology, pharmacies, practices, drugstores
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably within a commercial or sales environment or sales or sales management experience in pharmaceutical, optical or medtech. Required knowledge on Ophthalmology and Sales, mainly with Pharma & Dry Eye.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economy, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.Optical, pharmaceutical, or medtech industry background preferred.Familiarity with MS Office, SAP, CRM
- Languages: Proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish. English is desirable on a intermediate level.
- Soft Skills: Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, beyond creativity.
JOB PURPOSE:
The Commercial Learning and Development Manager LATAM plays a critical role in driving the development and enhancement of the commercial workforce across the Latin America region. This position is responsible for executing Global & Regional training programs, providing coaching and development opportunities, and managing relationships with local and regional stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, beyond creativity.
