What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage SCADA operations for all operational plants with SCADA services
- Create, maintain, and update necessary SCADA documentation for proper plant operations
- Communicate and track key project deliverables, timelines, and statuses
- Lead assigned projects or complex SCADA engineering assignments
- Oversee QA/QC of engineering work product and other deliverables
- Coordinate and review technical specifications and scope of work documents
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Engineering degree preferred, with a focus on electrical engineering or computer science
- 8+ years of industry experience in SCADA systems with project execution responsibility
- Previous supervisory experience with at least 4 direct/indirect reports
- Knowledge of Microsoft software programs and SCADA engineering software and protocols
- Strong organizational, interpersonal communication, and management skills
