- 15% Advertising Performance -
- Analyze onsite advertising operations performance metrics to identify potential optimization opportunities
- 50% Campaign Support -
- Support all aspects of campaign production for onsite media offerings, including ad unit development, campaign creation, trafficking tags & creative, targeting implementation, and campaign QC
- 10% Collaboration -
- Coordinate with media strategy managers & broader media team to define file / delivery requirements
- 10% QA Support -
- Support QA, troubleshooting, and capability documentation of onsite offering
- 15% Vendor Management -
- Collect insertion orders from vendor management teams and import orders to internal self-serve onsite media platform
- This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Offsite Media Activations & Operations
- This position has 3-4 Direct Reports
- No travel required.
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
- Paid Search activation and management experience overseeing large investments while managing multiple stakeholders
- Previous agency or retail media planning and/or buying experience with track record of exceptional client service
- Proficiency in Google Ads and 3rd party tracking and serving technology related to SEM (Search Ads 360, Skai/Kenshoo, Adobe, etc)
- Active Google Ads and/or SA360 certifications preferred
- Previous management experience of direct reports is desired
- Ability to implement, document, and oversee operational excellence through scalable activation processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent presentation and analytical skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and milestones across multiple simultaneous projects
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- An adaptive mindset and a willingness to learn new skills and processes
- The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.

Position Purpose:
The Paid Search Manager of Media Activations & Operations will lead a team of paid search professionals ensuring operational excellence through the activation and management of Orange Apron Media paid search investments. This individual will work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to support offsite media for The Home Depot’s portfolio of brands and supplier partners with best-in-class paid search strategies and performance.
