- Oversee all guard posts, ensuring security protocols and operational standards are met.
- Manage, mentor, and train a frontline team and supervisors, ensuring continuous development.
- Handle hiring, staffing, and scheduling to maintain proper coverage at all times.
- Resolve security issues, following up on incidents with thorough documentation and reports.
- Develop, implement, and enforce Post Orders, SOPs, and security policies, ensuring compliance.
- Build strong relationships with clients and customers, maintaining excellent service and communication.
- Ensure a safe work environment through safety training, equipment maintenance, and compliance with Sodexo’s safety programs and government regulations.

- Proven leadership experience with measurable results and accomplishments.
- Strong technical knowledge in security, CCTV and safety systems.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate security protocols and procedures.
- Technical proficiency in preparing reports and creating documentation and proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
Role Overview
Sodexo is seeking an experienced Security Manager for a manufacturing site in South Boston, MA. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for Security Services, vendor management and receiving operations. Reporting to the Director of Facilities Operations, you’ll manage first shift operations and lead a team of 20+ employees.
