      What is the opportunity?

      The Digital Marketing team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO Manager to lead and implement impactful strategies to drive organic growth, improve website rankings, and enhance user experience. You will have a proven track record in developing and executing SEO strategies and delivering measurable results in a competitive online environment. As AI reshapes the digital landscape, this role offers unique opportunities to stay ahead of the curve and amplify your skills.


      What will you do?

      • Revenue-Focused: Implement SEO best practices to drive revenue by increasing the number of qualified prospects to digital properties.

      • Measure Metrics: Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics, including traffic, rankings, conversions, and revenue.

      • SEO Strategy: Develop strong SEO strategies with partners to drive high value users to further revenue growth through technical and content audits, different data sources, and industry best practices.

      • Keyword Analysis: Perform keyword research and map keywords by intent to the best pages. Conduct weekly competitive analysis, identify trends, and find growth opportunities to stay ahead in the market.

      • Optimize for AI: Align SEO strategies with broader marketing and business goals, including AI-driven search optimization to adapt to evolving search behaviours.

      • Content Strategy: Collaborate with content teams and agencies to create/edit SEO-driven content. Identify key opportunities, create content briefs, recommend target keywords, provide linking recommendations, and more.

      • Relationship Management: Act as a key point of contact for SEO-related initiatives with stakeholders. Implement a continuous improvement cycle for SEO campaigns based on data-driven insights. Work closely with partners to ensure SEO best practices and recommendations are implemented across all digital assets.

      What do you need to succeed?
      Must-have:

      • 3+ years of SEO experience in-house or within an agency managing enterprise clients.

      • 3+ years of auditing websites across different industries from a technical perspective.

      • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, Search Console, SEO Tools such as SEMRush.

      • Basic level of HTML and WordPress experience.

      • Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills.

      Nice to have:

      • Experience in the financial services industry.

      • E-commerce marketing or digital product ownership experience.

      • Experience optimizing for AI-drive search engines and voice search technologies.

      • Experience building dashboards in QuickSight and Looker Studio.
