Job Description

Drive forward events and initiatives that support our main pillars of the workplace experience through associate appreciation, recognition/celebration, team building and workplace atmosphere.
Partner with Human Resources to enhance the associate experience through onsite activations such as DEI events, and other HR initiatives
Advocate for the various facility and security needs of the office, working as a liaison with IT and security to ensure associates have proper equipment, furniture, food services, etc.
Collaborate with DEI for community engagement while overseeing GEICO cares and relationships with the chamber of commerce, mayor’s office, and other local partners
Manage budgeting and data analysis to identify issues at our sites and crafting viable solutions to diagnosis them
1-2 years of management experience
Relevant associate engagement experience
Project management experience and strong problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Experience with Workday HCM and reporting capabilities, strong analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic and ambiguous environment
Agile mindset and ability to pivot and respond to unexpected needs and deadlines
Ability to operate with a sense of urgency and prioritize work on an autonomous basis
Self-directed and able to work independently as well as in a team environment

As the Manager, Site Management, you will deliver critical projects to improve the associate experience while overseeing the day-to-day governance and operations of the office.
