      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance release velocity while maintaining quality
      - Write production-level code for web and mobile applications deployed globally
      - Collaborate with product management, UX design, and quality assurance teams to plan and deliver new features
      - Mentor mid-level and junior software engineers, fostering their development and understanding of coding practices
      - Establish and streamline software development best practices and release planning processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or U.S. equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, plus 5 years of professional experience as a Senior Software Engineer or related role in e-commerce
      - 3 years of experience collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams, and mentoring junior engineers
      - 3 years of experience designing, building, testing, deploying, and supporting scalable web applications in an AWS cloud environment
      - 1 year of experience with Netsuite and Boomi for integrating with global 3PL partners
      - 1 year of hands-on experience with ReactJS, NextJS, Contentful (CMS), Shopify, and Ruby on Rails

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1 year of professional experience with Search Engine Optimization, A/B testing, and customer lifecycle management software
      - Experience developing a proprietary global subscription platform with multi-currency and payment support
