What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or STEM field
- 6+ years of experience with developing, testing, and/or designing software applications
- Experience in leading a commercial software engineering team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience giving and receiving feedback; both positive and critical
