  Goodwin, the leading law firm serving clients at the busy intersection of capital and innovation, is seeking Manager, Solutions Architect (“Solutions Architect”) to join its global Marketing department. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Technology and Operations, Solutions Architect is a leader within the Marketing Technology team, working closely with web, operations and technology colleagues. Successful candidate brings a deep experience in and understanding of translating business requirements into technology needs.

  What You'll Do:

  • Lead, manage and execute all marketing-technology related implementations and integration activities.

  • Develop a deep understanding of the firm’s marketing technology stack.

  • Provide solutions to either expand the use of existing tools, or bring new tools to fill the business needs.

  • Support the Director of Marketing Technology and Operations in establishing governance and process to improve and roll out marketing technologies.

  • Serve as key liaison between IT, Marketing, and Client Development departments.

  Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.

  • 5-8 years of experience in a marketing technology role, preferably in a financial or professional services environment.

  • Experience onboarding and implementing new marketing technologies (email, CRM, data management software, event technology, among others).

  • Experience as a marketing technology / operations consultant a plus.

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce.

  • Prior experience in people management.

  • Proven experience training and educating others on technology systems.

  • Effectively works across-functional teams.
