Provide guidance, mentorship and career development to your team -- measuring and motivating them along the way to achieving their performance goals
Drive adoption, optimization and utilization of all sourcing channels, platforms and tools
Use data, tools, and prior knowledge to load balance, quickly and nimbley shift resources, and scale to meet the demands of the business
Establish and maintain strong partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders and client groups
Drive towards consistency and standardization, eliminating inefficiencies
2+ years of experience leading and managing a TA team
5+ years of sourcing and/or recruiting experience and proven track record of success within a fast-paced organization
Possess knowledge of Business talent profiles (Account Executives, Finance, Marketing, Sales etc.)
Ability to #ThinkBigMoveFast — think strategically and proactively to quickly solve challenges with clear and concise solutions
Comfortable with a fast-changing environment and are well versed in managing ambiguity
Enjoy taking a metrics-driven approach to your work, understanding how to pull the data to make objective and fact-based decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

As a Manager, you will lead our team of Talent Sourcers to scale our Business (Shared Services, Sales and Operations) sourcing pipelines to support our recruiting goals. This role will report to the Manager, Business Talent Sourcing and partner closely with other recruiting leaders as well as cross functional teams (i.e. People Analytics, Equity & Belonging, Recruiting Operations, etc.).
