Job Description

- Have a keen eye on the sports scenario in India. Develop and maintain strong relationships with players, support staff, scouts, managers , sports teams, and other stakeholders to secure new athlete / federation endorsement deals and partnerships across sports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, retail, and digital initiatives) to prepare the GTM plan for cricket.
- Direct responsibility to maximize utilization of athletes and BCCI contractual obligations, proactively seeking to activate in collaboration with India and other Brand Activation teams.
- Work closely with the BCCI on a day-to-day basis for all TEAM INDIA requirements (kit servicing, product feedback, campaign plans, shoots and any other requirements).

- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in sports marketing, with a focus on the Indian market.
- Strong understanding of the sports landscape in India and passion for sports.
- Proven experience in negotiating and managing partnerships with athletes and sports teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
