      About the role:

      We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Manager – Strategy and Architecture to lead our Enterprise Architecture team and drive strategic transformation and innovation within our organization. As a preferred candidate of this role, you will be responsible for not only aligning technology strategies with our business objectives but also leading and developing a high-performing team of Enterprise Architects. Your role will involve driving the strategic impact of technology initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation, and ensuring the success of our digital transformation efforts.

      Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Architecture and working in a collaborative and exciting environment within our Information Systems and Technology (IS&T) team. You will:

      • Lead and manage a team of Enterprise Architects by providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities. You will define team objectives, establish performance metrics, and foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment by promoting knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration
      • Strategic alignment – develop and implement technology roadmaps that align with our overall business strategies, and drive the strategic impact of technology initiatives by identifying opportunities for innovation and competitive differentiation
      • Continuously scan the technological landscape, assess emerging trends, and identify innovative opportunities for business transformation
      • Lead the exploration and adoption of emerging technologies, methodologies, and best practices
      • Provide customer-centric solutions – deeply understand customer needs, pain points and preferences to design customer-centric solutions
      • Act as a trusted advisor, you will provide technology leadership and guidance to senior stakeholders, and you will stay abreast of technology advancements to ensure the organisation’s technology infrastructure is scalable, secure and aligned with industry best practices
      • Foster a collaborative environment and lead organisational change initiatives, promoting the adoption of new technologies and ways of working

      What We Are Looking For

      As our ideal candidate, you will have:

      • High levels of experience in IT enterprise architecture in a large corporate or consulting environment with the ability to drive strategic transformation and innovation
      • Strong leadership and people management skills, with demonstrated experience leading and managing a highly performing team, providing vision, direction, and regular communication to team members
      • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to align technology strategies with business goals and objectives
      • Excellent change management skills with a track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives
      • Exceptional collaboration, and stakeholder engagement and influencing skills with demonstrated ability to communicate in both technical and business language to a diverse range of senior stakeholders
      • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related discipline, or equivalent experience
      • In-depth knowledge of emerging technologies, such as AI, cloud computing, blockchain, and data analytics would be preferred
