Manage, run, and contribute in corporate, business, and functional strategy development in Wilhelmsen Ship Management and support project work in Wilhelmsen Ship Management and/or Wilhelmsen Maritime Services as required.
Contribute to achieve and maintain profitable growth through supporting in developing, maintaining, and realising the Strategy.
Contribute in and manage processes related to Mergers and Acquisitions, Partnerships and Joint Ventures , including post-merger integration strategy, planning and execution.
Actively monitor the competitive landscape and establish tactical or strategic measures for novel offers towards the maritime market, including assessments of the portfolio.
Contribute to developing and implementing new business plans, projects and Value Creation Plan together with the management team. Perform and/or lead strategic, financial, and commercial analysis, and develop business cases.
You hold Master’s degree in business, management, technology or finance.
2 -4 years work experience within Stratey and M&A in an international organisation
You are an excellent relationship builder, and have strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Profit orientation and personal drive
Ambition and a strong desire to succeed in developing/growing the business.
Good command of the English language (oral and written)
Highly proficient and experienced user of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Experience with the use of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc) would be an advantage.

Wilhelmsen Ship Management (Norway) AS is looking for a Manager Strategy M&A and Growth.
The Manager Strategy, M&A and Growth will contribute to driving the development of the Wilhelmsen Ship Management business unit according to approved strategies and support the delivery of long- and short-term goals according to agreed targets. The position will contribute to business cases and processes related project management, to Mergers and Acquisitions, Partnerships and Joint Ventures as well as running corporate, business level and functional strategy processes in Wilhelmsen Ship Management.
The position will work closely with the Business to drive growth and align and coordinate new business development within Wilhelmsen Ship Management and towards the wider Wilhelmsen Maritime Services segment.
The Manager Strategy, M&A and Growth reports to the Vice President of Finance in Wilhelmsen Ship Management and will collaborate closely with key stakeholders in central management team.
