- Improve Processes & Reduce Costs
- Identify and implement process improvements using automation and standardization
- Document workflows and ensure consistent execution across the team
- Analyze data to uncover cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency
- Manage Projects & Stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance supply chain performance
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders and align on goals and priorities
- Balance service, in-stock, and profitability metrics
- Positive & Adaptable – You bring energy and optimism to a fast-paced environment

- Experience in the transportation industry is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Interest in AI, with exposure to generative AI tools or applications for improving processes and analysis
- Demonstrated experience leading teams, either formally or informally
- Background in change management and driving process improvements

As a Manager in Perishable Transportation, you’ll lead a team responsible for moving temperature-sensitive freight from suppliers to our grocery distribution centers. Your focus will be on ensuring service, freshness, and cost efficiency while managing exceptions and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
