What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary contact and lead between the sponsor and the organization at the project level
- Drive and own the overall delivery of cross-functional projects, ensuring adherence to time, cost, and quality standards
- Manage project financials, including resource alignment to budget and out-of-scope activities
- Establish and communicate customer expectations to achieve optimal project delivery
- Identify risks and resolve issues effectively at the project level

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant formal academic/vocational qualification
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or clinical research organization
- At least 3 years as a clinical study manager with significant study management support experience
- Proven leadership skills and strong vendor management experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of clinical development guidelines and regulatory requirements
