What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage, mentor, and coach UI/UX Designers to develop their skills and product knowledge
- Participate in the planning process for new features and projects
- Drive the development and evaluation of usability studies to inform customer requirements
- Oversee the development and maintenance of various design documents
- Guide the direction of storyboard building to conceptualize designs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- 10+ years of overall design experience in the CPM/ERM or Finance industry
- 2+ years of leadership/management experience of UI/UX Design teams
- Strong leadership skills with exceptional communication abilities
- Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with Financial Applications in the Corporate Performance Management domain
