What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with cross-functional groups to execute UX and product strategies
- Lead and manage a talented research team, fostering innovation and high performance
- Guide research teams through the entire research process from discovery to launch
- Remove roadblocks and ensure data-informed decision-making for high-quality customer experiences
- Manage project prioritization and UX resource allocation to support team growth and development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or Psychology
- 8+ years of relevant work experience in User Experience or applied research settings
- 3+ years of experience managing research teams
- Expertise in eCommerce, experimentation, and information architecture
- Strong communication, storytelling, and analytical skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with human-centered design processes that yield measurable results
- Mastery of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Familiarity with Agile development practices and industry trends
