      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Design, Engineering, and Marketing, to implement UX and Product strategies
      - Lead and manage a talented team of researchers, fostering high performance and innovation
      - Oversee research processes from discovery through launch, utilizing human-centered design methodologies
      - Prioritize projects and allocate UX resources effectively to align with team members' skills and career ambitions
      - Remove obstacles to data-informed decision-making, ensuring high-quality experiences for customers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BA/BS in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
      - 8+ years of relevant work experience in User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, or product research and development
      - 3+ years of experience managing research teams to achieve outcomes
      - Strong expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods and Agile development
      - Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly across various audiences
