      Position Summary:

      As Manager, Web Analytics, you'll lead our analytics practice and work closely with website content strategists, UX designers, technologists, digital marketers, and more to provide analytics reports and actionable insights & recommendations for optimizing our websites and marketing campaigns.

      Duties and Responsibilities :

      • Work with internal and external business units to develop analytics, reporting and insights needs using industry analytics and marketing tools.
      • Manage data tracking, capture, reporting and analyses of site engagements and marketing campaigns.
      • Monitor the quality and integrity of web analytic data, reports and dashboards.
      • Manage integrations of third-party, industry standard management tools, such as Iterable, Medallia Experience Analytics, Elastic Search, Tealium TiQ and AudienceStream, etc. with the Adobe Analytics platform.
      • Optimize data collection and reporting.
      • Help define meaningful KPIs for existing and new projects.
      • Develop, implement and maintain technical tagging requirements for web properties, using tag management tools and ensure KPIs are tracked.
      • Manage and improve data quality, data privacy and security as it pertains to web analytics.
      • Perform maintenance, QA and troubleshooting as it pertains to data integrity, tagging implementation and system audit.
      • Train internal and external teams on new tools and methods.
      • Create reports, perform deep analysis and provide recommendations based on defined KPIs.
      • Analyze key performance indicators for all NAR websites and campaign performance.
      • Provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders across NAR and external vendors.
      • Provide timely and high-quality ad hoc analysis and reporting.
      • Maintain collaboration with internal and external to ensure data accuracy and availability for both current reporting and new data as web properties evolve.

      Qualifications :

      • Bachelor's degree in a technical degree preferred
      • 5+ years' proven working experience with web analytics
      • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in analytics
      • Expert in Adobe Analytics
      • Effective communicator that translates analytics data into actionable insights for program owners, marketers, and technical teams


      Compensation: $93,000-$130,000, depending on office location
