Job SummaryHiring Now for a Manager, Workforce Management!!!
The Manager of Workforce Management is part of the Finance Operations team for the Sarasota Memorial Health Care System and is responsible for using critical thinking and data analytical skills to perform hospital staffing assessments, compile recommendations, assisting with implementation of recommendations, and monitoring results to achieve staffing expectations. This position will collaborate with leaders across departments to drive sustainable workforce practices. In this role, the leader sets the tone and models positive leadership behavior, while ensuring successful completion of teamwork tasks, projects, and responsibilities in support of departmental and organizational goals.
Required Qualifications- Require a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in finance, industrial engineering, accounting, business, or a clinical degree with previous staffing management responsibilities. Master's degree is preferred.
- Require a minimum of four (4) years of experience in healthcare financial reporting and a minimum of one (1) year of experience in labor productivity management.
Preferred Qualifications- Prefer previous experience in a lead and/or supervisory role.
- Prefer excellent communication (written and oral), negotiation/listening, and facilitation skills at all levels.
- Proficient in the advanced use of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), as well as usage of labor analytics tools.
- Prefer demonstrated ability in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
- Prefer demonstrated ability to analyze problems and consistently follow through to solution.
