What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support and analyze activities related to the Direct Pay, Local Group, and/or National Accounts Market Segments
- Maintenance and improvement of Actuarial analyses such as trend setting, gross margin reporting, and financial forecasting
- Rate analysis and development
- Actuarial representation on cross-functional workgroups as an active participant
- Forecast/variance analysis and reporting
- Product development support
- Segmentation support

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years related work experience to include successful, progressive professional work experience
- Related Bachelor's degree required (Math/Statistics or related degree)
- Current Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to all levels of management

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background in health field or insurance field
- SAS and/or SQL experience
- Familiarity with programming languages and PC software (spreadsheets, graphics, word processors, etc.)
- Currently and independently managing projects and/or people
