      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the development and implementation of EHS Management Systems and compliance assessments
      - Manage multiple projects to ensure quality standards and adherence to scope, budget, and schedule
      - Conduct EHS compliance audits and implement corrective actions for regulatory compliance
      - Develop and manage environmental management systems and programs for corporate clients
      - Build and maintain client relationships to foster repeat business and identify new opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in engineering, environmental science, safety, business administration, or related discipline, or 8+ years of related experience
      - Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in EHS management and compliance programs
      - Proficiency in technical safety and environmental areas, including stormwater pollution prevention and air quality
      - Experience in project management and maintaining corporate management standards
      - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 7+ years of relevant experience preferred
      - Certification in the field, such as CSP, PE, or CHMM
      - Experience in consulting settings
      - Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, with up to 40% travel required
