What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead client strategy and lifecycle execution for key accounts, driving retention and growth goals
- Integrate specialty practices into client solutions, enhancing service offerings
- Build and maintain senior-level carrier and client relationships, serving as executive sponsor for escalations
- Stay current on industry trends, legislation, products, and competitive market conditions
- Supervise the Account Management team, including coaching, performance reviews, and goal-setting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or relevant work experience
- Minimum of 7+ years of related experience in employee benefits or insurance
- State Life & Health Licenses required
- Strong technical knowledge of employee benefits and policies
- Previous supervisory experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in developing and leading teams in a consulting or client management environment
- Familiarity with wellness programs and integrated health solutions
