      About the role
      The Managing Director, Equity Sales Trader will manage a team of traders focused on executing equity trades for clients across the US. This person will also be responsible for developing new business opportunities as well as maintaining existing client relationships. This individual must have strong technical skills along with great communication and organizational abilities. The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing teams as well as proven success selling products to clients.

      Responsibilities
      • Manage day-to-day operations of the sales trading desk
      • Provide market commentary to internal and external clients
      • Maintain client relationships by providing exceptional service
      • Develop new business opportunities for the firm
      • Participate in industry events and conferences
      • Contribute to the development of new products and services

      Qualifications
      • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
      • Series 7, 63 & 24 licenses are required
      • Significant relevant work experience required
      • Strong knowledge of fixed income securities and derivatives
      • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
      • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
      • Proven track record of building long lasting client relationships
