      The FSG team is part of J.P. Morgan's Commercial Bank and covers Middle Market based Sponsors Across the United States. The FSG Relationship Executive will manage a team based in Chicago focusing on Midwest Middle Market Sponsors.

      Job Responsibilities

      • Champion a culture of innovation and a customer centric mindset
      • Stay up to date with industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation or strategic partnerships
      • Deliver the entire firm across lines of business
      • Find ways to further efficiency with existing technical infrastructure through automation while embracing the innovative opportunities offered by new technologies
      • Foster a diverse, equitable and inclusive work environment
      • Lead specially assigned projects for the benefit of region and national team
      • Hire, manage, coach, mentor and retain a high performing and diverse team

      Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

      • Typically a minimum of ten years of management experience with a focus on Financial Sponsors
      • Understanding of Investment Banking and Commercial Banking products and services with knowledge of our Midwest region
      • Experience with Financial Sponsors and relevant banking products
      • Ability to mobilize internal networks and resources
      • Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributor
      • Management experience in a Commercial Bank setting, specifically leading a commercial lending sales team
      • Sales management and business development skills with proficiency in building and maintaining positive client relationships
      • Excellent verbal and written communications skills; able to effectively communicate clearly and concisely

      Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

      • Bachelor’s degree and formal credit training preferred
      • Strong technology experience; digital background preferred
      • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
      • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with senior business and control partners
      • Self-directed, proactive, and creative solution and problem solving abilities: use sound judgment and navigates ambiguity to get things done
      • Flexible to changing business priorities and ability to multitask
      • FINRA securities licenses 79, 63 and 24 required or must obtain within 180 days of hire
