- Inspire, lead, motivate and drive results with leaders and team members
- Oversee the operation functions of the hotel
- Lead all key property issues including capital projects, guest satisfaction and any refurbishments needed -Handle guest and team member complaints overseeing guest service recovery procedures
- Prepare, present and achieve hotel budgets, marketing and sales plan and capital budgets
- Set high expectations and standards for leaders, team members and self and hold all accountable to those standards
- Prior experience required
- Patient, understanding and professional personality
- Keen eye for detail and organization
- Thorough understanding of the property and all associated amenities
- Cost-saving mindset; budget conscious
