      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Route jacket and cover materials to other departments for approval and track due dates
      - Maintain data in SAP and the FileMaker Pro database as needed
      - Assist with tracking of NetGalley epub schedules and preparation of bound galley material
      - Act as a point person for other departments including Editorial, Copyediting, Design, Art, and Production
      - Provide general administrative support to the Managing Editorial department and assist with special projects as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Exceptional proofreading skills and ability to prioritize tasks
      - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines
      - Superb organizational and time-management skills
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with The Chicago Manual of Style
      - Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro, FileMaker Pro, Lytho, and/or SAP
