About this Position:
Lead manpower control activities within the business unit through application of planning, continuous improvement, and collaboration and cooperation to maintain proper resource management and achieve Business Unit targets.
Responsibilities include:
· Manages and maintains assignment chart and roster at each cost center within PEBU.
· Provides accounting with monthly headcount for salary expense reporting through established systems
· Corelates assignment chart to SAP allocation and P&S roster
· Create and facilitate approval for staffing requests (SRF), personnel action (PAF), job description / position profiles and promotion documents for PE departments
· Provides monthly manpower scorecard with analysis
· Communicates with and advise Business Unit Leaders using proposals to maintain budgeted headcount within Departments to achieve labor costs
· Analyses job functions for maintaining process list and workforce categories to ensure they align with the appropriate department and job function
· Completes special requests including Co-Op and EDP program facilitation, leadership assignment audit, North American Staffing Requests, and manages reporting for special HR programs like VRO, VSO, and ISO.
Who we are seeking:
Required Work Experience:
· Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative related role
Required Education:
· High School Diploma
Desired Skills:
· Strong knowledge/experience with Microsoft Office Products, especially Excel.

o Maintains confidentiality related to associate transfers, target setting and achievement strategies, associate promotion and title down activities, and terminations.

Additional Position Factors:
· Office/computer work.
· Daily, weekly, weekend and holiday overtime as required and will vary
