  LastPass is looking for a Manual Test Engineer Intern:

  As an intern you will join an Agile team of engineers working on delivering changes in product software to users and releasing software with the best possible quality. You will be responsible to take ownership of the tasks you are assigned to and deliver them with diligence in a timely manner. You will collaborate with engineers, product managers and designers and shape the future of the product, take part in all aspects of software development. You will be responsible for testing changes in the software before released to users, proactively identify issues and documenting the results and capturing any anomalies that occur.

  What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on?

  • Planning and executing according to our quality strategy; manually test mobile applications
  • Ensuring that software defects are tracked and handled in a timely fashion in an agile environment
  • Taking ownership of your tasks and communicate transparently
  • Working in a cross functional team with Product Managers, QA and other development team members
  • Quality oriented mindset, precision

  What does it take to work as a Manual Test Engineer Intern at LastPass?

  • Currently studying for BSc/MSc degree at a Hungarian university on a technical faculty or have experience in programming in JAVA
  • Knowledge of mobile-related technologies, including different operating systems
  • Ability and willingness to learn and try new technologies and software development processes
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English

  Its great, but not required

  • ISTQB certification

  To be considered for an internship at LastPass:

  • Ongoing BSc/MSc studies at a Hungarian university
  • Availability for minimum 16 (maximum 40 ) hours per week
  • Intention to join for at least 1 year
