- Analyze complex data sets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and support decision-making
- Maintain data integrity and ensure accuracy in reporting
- Utilize ERP systems to extract and manipulate operational data
- Collaborate with engineering or design teams using CAD data to support product and process improvements
- Recommend improvements based on data-driven insights
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular performance updates
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Manufacturing Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in ERP systems
- Experience working with CAD software
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Master's degree or additional certifications
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or a related industry
