- Req#: 23014500
- Work across a global supply chain to ensure part quality, delivery and lead time performance goals are met
- Evaluate and approve new suppliers and parts, actively resolve supplier related issues and non-conformances
- Engage with project teams to identify and support new product development and customer project work
- Design and/or develop manufacturing processes and release new/upgraded manufacturing & test equipment
- Use data to recommend process changes that will optimize safety, quality, service level and costs
- Lead and support root cause investigation and corrective action of production quality issues
- Support external, internal and supplier audits
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science from an engineering school
- Two (2) to four (4) or more years of related experience
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- ABET-accredited engineering degree
