- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Operate hand tools and equipment to assemble and/or paint metal or wood fixtures to drawing specifications
- Verify adequate materials and supplies are available to complete the task as needed
- Maintain product quality and minimal unplanned stops
- Communicate and work with team members as needed to ensure production of the correct product with minimal wasted time and materials
- Report defective materials to management
- Maintain work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and assist in other work areas
- Complete and maintain paperwork for parts
- Observe and follow company safety rules and regulations
- Perform appropriate duties as assigned
- Working in both Metal and Final Assembly Departments
- Must be available for 1st Shift
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred, but not required
- Ability to read blueprints and production schematics preferred, but not required
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work and communicate well with others and a team
- Experience with hand tools
- Willing to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods
- Must be able to frequently lift/push/pull objects that are up to 50 pounds
