- Develop product configurations and methods utilizing company ERP systems.
- Interpret and validate manufacturing processes and documentation according to specifications.
- Support design reviews to ensure manufacturability and compliance with customer requirements.
- Communicate and interpret requirements with vendors and customers.
- Implement process improvements and execute cost and cycle-time reduction initiatives with cross-functional teams.
- Create fixtures for manufacturing using 3D CAD software.
- Develop assembly and test procedures for complex electro-mechanical assemblies.
- Process engineering change orders and lead their implementation.
- Track and update cycle times in ERP systems.
- Provide technical guidance to all departments as needed.
- Ensure conformance to ISO procedures and established protocols.
- Support process improvement activities and cost reduction projects.
- Serve as technical liaison with customers as assigned.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- CAD certification
- ERP system certification
- Lean certification
- Six Sigma certification
- GD&T certification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in the precision manufacturing industry.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Effective communication skills within teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CAD software.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and planning skills.
- Aptitude for completing complex tasks using technical skills and knowledge.
- Ability to create and present technical reports to large groups.

SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Manufacturing Engineer I will develop lean manufacturing processes, provide technical support across departments, and support development projects. They will collaborate with internal and external customers to deliver technical solutions while managing process, policy, and strategy changes effectively.
