  Manufacturing Engineer – Join a Leader in Custom Kitchen & Bath Design!

We are currently hiring a Manufacturing Engineer for a high-end manufacturer of customizable kitchen and bathroom faucets, shower systems, and bath accessories.
  
  About The Role
  As a Manufacturing Engineer I, you will be a key member of the Operations Team, driving initiatives that enhance quality, safety, efficiency, and productivity in the manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a self-motivated problem-solver who thrives in a hands-on, collaborative setting.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  

  1. Support the development and implementation of productivity improvements across the facility.
  2. Assist in designing and optimizing machining, processing, assembly, and material handling layouts to enhance safety, efficiency, and product quality.
  3. Conduct data analysis on part usage, labor hours, and other factors to improve manufacturing processes.
  4. Design and implement fixtures, jigs, and custom tools to enhance safety and productivity.
  5. Analyze and evaluate manufacturing processes for safety, efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
  6. Utilize engineering techniques (statistical analysis, time studies, design of experiments, etc.) to identify constraints and implement process improvements.
  7. Work closely with production leads, operators, and supervisors to resolve safety, space utilization, and material handling challenges.
  8. Assist in establishing standards and documentation for assembly and process operations.
  9. Perform additional assignments as directed by management.

  
  Required Skills & Attributes:
  

  1. Strong ability to communicate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
  2. Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and organizational abilities.
  3. Knowledge of DOE (Design of Experiments) and other analytical engineering tools.
  4. Strong project management and adaptability skills.
  5. Ability to troubleshoot technical problems independently and implement solutions.

  
  Education & Experience:
  

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering preferred).
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel.
  3. Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical engineering in a fast-paced environment (preferred).
  4. Basic skills in engineering-related software (preferred).
  5. Intermediate 3D CAD modeling skills – SolidWorks and AutoCAD (preferred).
  6. Exposure to Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing principles (preferred).

  
  Work Environment & Supervision:
  

  1. Factory/office hybrid environment.
  2. Works independently with minimal supervision, following established procedures for routine tasks.
  3. Collaborates with various departments and levels of the company.
